MIDSEASON GENERAL MEETING -Sunday February 24, 2008 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
The Midseason General Meeting is open to all members of the PHA and is attended by the Board of Directors. In addition to the members being updated on current league financial's and plans, the meeting also provides an open forum to discuss and present concerns relating to the operation of the Association. Members are also afforded the opportunity to present motions to amend existing rules or introduce new rules for the upcoming season.
END of SEASON GENERAL MEETING - Saturday May 3rd, 2008 9:00 am to 1:00pm
The End of Season General Meeting is open to all members of the PHA and is attended by the Board of Directors. The agenda for the AGM consists of a general and financial update on the league status, open debate and voting on proposed rule changes from the Midterm meeting and the elections for Board of Director positions. All positions are held for a 2-year term and the following positions will be voted on at the next AGM.
