All coaches (head or assistant) need to be carded with a
valid coaches card (that has not expired) through the OMHA in order to coach
in the PHA.
If your card has expired you will need to take a refresher course.
All coaches, managers, and any other people who will be in contact with the
players (on-ice help) will also need to have their prevention services (PRS - Speak Out) certificate.

Team officials unable to attend PHA hosted clinics should browse the OMHA site to find convenient dates and locations to obtain certifications. Reimbursement of up to the OMHA cost may be granted to qualified staff, providing they present a receipt.
