All coaches (head or assistant) need to be carded with a valid coaches card (that has not expired) through the OMHA in order to coach in the PHA. If your card has expired you will need to take a refresher course. All coaches, managers, and any other people who will be in contact with the players (on-ice help) will also need to have their prevention services (PRS - Speak Out) certificate.
