PHA Coach Mentor Program
-Provide pro-active support to coaches with a group of experienced resources
-Ensure coaches understand and follow all PHA guidelines
-General advice and guidance, the first stop when facing challenging situations
-Active support and participation through the try-out process
-Active member of team included on all team communication and meetings
-Available for practice support or help on the bench
-Regular face to face communication on team progress
