Age Group:  2002 – 2003
Scheduled Days/Times:
Saturday (practice): 8:30 / 9:00 / 9:30 am (2011/2012 Schedule - Subject to change)
Sunday (games): 8:30 / 9:00 / 9:30 am (2011/2012 Schedule - Subject to change)

Game Play Info:
- Three (3) 10 minute periods (stop time clock)
- Two (2) minute shifts for each line (buzzer system)
- Teams do not change ends after each period
- The use of the Balanced Wheel System is in effect for all games
- Registered goalies permitted a minimum of half the scheduled games with additional games assigned based on interest or lack of, from other players. 
- All regular hockey rules applies

Balanced Wheel System:
This system provides the coaches the ability to alter their lines based on the number of players for each game. The PHA also wants to develop coaches and with this system it is the coach’s first opportunity to ‘juggle’ lines in an attempt to match their opponent.   However, their lineup must be provided prior to the game and stay intact for the game.  This ensures players are still rotated in the order listed on the gamesheet and receive equal ice time.
